Derek

Meet Derek, our lab manager. Derek was born in Lexington, KY and moved to FL in 2008. He was trained in the Army as an Optometric Technician and served for 4 years. He has over 30 years' experience working in the optical field gained by working with both optometrists and ophthalmologists. He takes great pride in helping his patients look their best because of his experience of finding just the right frame that fits their face. He is an expert at problem solving any problems that a patient might have with their glasses. Derek enjoys serving his community as an Associate Pastor of Community Deliverance Church. He loves to hang out with his lovely wife, 3 grown daughters and is most proud of being a Paw Paw to his 3 grandchildren.
